I was thinking that Clan Warz could be a tribe type game where users can add other members but there is only one leader and in order to add users you must have enough money to buy them.

You could earn money by sending messages, waging battles or even wars.

As the game starts there will be a way to delete and create content depending on your money and the amount of the site you own.
